Repeat Prescriptions

You may not always have to see the doctor for your repeat prescription. If the doctor agrees you may:

1. Leave your request on the repeat prescription line by calling 028 9590 7336 and leaving your name, date of birth and prescription details.
2. Order by phone (after 10.00am) and nominate a pharmacy to collect
3. Order online through patient access (see below for details).

Please note it takes 48 hours to process and can take up to 72 hours to reach your nominated pharmacy.

Online Prescriptions

You can now order your acute and repeat prescriptions online. However you may be required to review with GP/pharmacist depending on the medication you request.

To use EMIS Patient Access you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which can be obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.
