Telephone Advice

If you need to speak to the nurse for advice, the receptionist will either give you a time to ring back that day or will take your number and the nurse will ring you when she is available.

If you need to speak to the doctor, please ring between 9.00am - 10.30am. In order to prioritise your phonecall request receptionists will now ask for a brief reason for your call with the doctor. You will be put on the phonecall list if there is availability.
